If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy allows you to return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • In original packaging with all accessories, parts, and documentation included.
  • Unused and undamaged.
  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at [email protected] or by calling +1 845-885-6333. Customer service is available from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm ET. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back. Do not send your return without obtaining an RA number.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Once you have the RA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping the Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item or incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after your return is processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Opened electronic devices or items that have been used or show signs of wear.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the resolution. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
